Meet the team
Peter & Vicky Royster
At The Move Live Love TX Team™, real estate is personal. With more than 28 years of combined experience and deep Texas roots, Peter and Vicky help buyers and sellers navigate some of life's biggest moves with experience, straight answers, and a strategy built around what matters most to them.
We both grew up in Clear Lake and spent years working the communities south of Houston. For the past ten years we've called Spring home. Today we help families from Galveston to Conroe, and we combine local market knowledge, strong negotiation, professional marketing, and a hands-on approach that never treats you like just another transaction. Whether you know exactly what you want or you're still figuring out what comes next, we'll help you make the right move for your family.

Family First
Why Family Comes First
Family is everything to us — it's not a slogan, it's the reason "Family First" means what it does when you work with our team. Every conversation about your next move starts from the same place: what's actually going to make your family's life better.
When Peter isn't showing homes or negotiating a contract, you'll likely find him behind a guitar — he's played with his band, Time Warp, for years, and it's as much a part of who he is as real estate.
Vicky's creative side shows up just as much at home. She's happiest with a stack of cardstock and photos, making cards and scrapbooking the moments that matter — the same care and attention she brings to helping a family find theirs.
